URGENT HIRING SAP TIME MANAGEMENT / CATS CONSULTANT

Honeybee Tech Solutions is hiring experienced SAP professionals for a reputed client.

Job Details

- Relevant Experience: 5+ years
- Interview Rounds: 2 Rounds
- Interview Mode: Virtual

Mandatory Skills

- Strong experience in SAP PA (Personnel Administration) and OM (Organizational Management).
- Hands-on experience configuring and implementing SAP CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet).
- Experience with SAP Time Management, including holiday calendars, work schedules, and rotational schedules.
- Experience in time-off balance management, leave accruals, entitlements, and time-off request workflows.
- Experience capturing employee working hours against cost objects, WBS elements, and other assignments using CATS.
- Experience reviewing, correcting, approving, and processing time data, including integration with Payroll.




- Experience handling historical time adjustments, retroactive corrections, reconciliation, and period-end time closing.
- Experience with CATS and Mini Master configuration and implementation. Experience in either CATS or Mini Master is acceptable; both are an advantage.

Key Notes

- SAP PA & OM experience is mandatory.
- CATS experience is mandatory.
- PCR and schema experience is not required.
- SAP CATS is also referred to as My Timesheet in the SAP Fiori application.
