We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) Analyst to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The role will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, MIS reporting, variance analysis, profitability assessment, and business performance monitoring. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights, improve financial visibility, and drive operational efficiency across multiple business units.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
- Prepare monthly MIS, management dashboards, and financial performance reports.
- Conduct variance analysis between Budget, Forecast, and Actuals, highlighting key business drivers.
- Develop financial models for business expansion, investment evaluation, and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor revenue, margins,



operating expenses, working capital, and cash flow performance.
- Support management reviews through insightful analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with functional heads to establish financial targets and monitor achievement.
- Analyze business profitability by product, location, customer, and business segment.
- Automate reporting processes and improve data accuracy through ERP and BI tools.
- Support board presentations, business reviews, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
