Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across the assigned territory.
2. Distributor Management: Appoint, manage, and develop distributors and dealers to strengthen market coverage.
3. Market Expansion: Identify current business opportunities, expand distribution networks, and increase product reach.
4. Retailer Management: Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and channel partners to drive secondary sales.
5. Primary & Secondary Sales: Monitor primary and secondary sales performance, stock movement, and order execution.
6. Market Visits: Conduct regular market visits with distributors and sales teams to assess market conditions and improve sales productivity.
7. Team Management: Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve business objectives.
8. Sales Planning & Reporting: Prepare sales forecasts, territory plans, and performance reports; track KPIs and target achievements.
9. Inventory Management: Monitor distributor stock, product availability,



and ageing inventory to ensure effective stock rotation.
10. Competitor Analysis: Track competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
11. Collections & Outstanding: Ensure timely payments and maintain healthy credit control in coordination with distributors and channel partners.
12. Scheme Execution: Implement company sales schemes, promotional activities, and product launches effectively.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of sales and distribution management in the apparel or fashion industry.
- Experience in distributor and dealer handling, channel sales, and market expansion.
- Good negotiation, communication, leadership, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage a high-performance sales team.
