Job Role:

· Lead growth initiatives for Consumer Durable Loans across the assigned zone

· Enable a streamlined and positive interface between customers and dealers

· Onboard and nurture dealer partners to drive business growth

· Establish and strengthen current dealer and manufacturer collaborations

· Deliver zonal growth and profitability by effectively steering Cluster Managers and the larger sales team

· Introduce and implement new marketing & sales promotion initiatives for the region by coordinating with the product team

· Assess capability gaps and drive targeted training interventions to improve team effectiveness

· Lead growth of the consumer loan business through open market sourcing,branch network and dealer partnerships

· Focus on hiring the right talent,strengthening team dynamics,boosting motivation and ensuring high retention levels

· Provide market intelligence on business trends,product positioning and competitive proposals
