The Zonal Head - Secondary Sales will be responsible for driving sales performance across multiple regions within the assigned zone. This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, enhancing market penetration, and ensuring effective distribution channel management.
The Zonal
Head will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include fostering robust relationships with key clients, overseeing regional sales operations, monitoring KPIs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Achieve 15%+ QoQ growth in secondary sales.
- Drive market share increase through consistent dealer engagement and new customer acquisition.

- PJP Adherence to be beyond 70% .
Objective 4: Market Activities aimed at Improving The Secondary Sales.

- Implement 2+ successful promotional campaigns per quarter.
- Conduct monthly Campaigns ensuring Barnd Visibility in the Territory.
- Drive loyalty programs and promotional schemes effectively at the field level

Qualification and Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5–8 years of experience in Sales, Channel Management, or Business Development, preferably in automotive, battery, or FMCD industries.
Manufacturing, Automotive, Power Solutions, or FMCD sectors.
Training or certification in sales management, negotiation, or channel excellence is an added advantage.
