About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Zoho Creator Developer to join our team in Delhi.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, customising, integrating, and maintaining Zoho Creator applications to automate and optimise business operations.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Deluge scripting, workflow automation, and third-party integrations. We are looking for someone who can independently understand business requirements, develop practical solutions, and manage applications throughout their lifecycle.

Key Responsibilites

- Design, develop, customise, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator.
- Build and manage forms, subforms, reports, dashboards, pages, and approval workflows.
- Develop and troubleshoot Deluge scripts for custom functions, validations, calculations, and automation.
- Create applications and workflows for order management, inventory, production tracking, dispatch, and other business operations.




- Integrate Zoho Creator with other Zoho applications and third-party platforms through REST APIs, webhooks, and secure connections.
- Develop automated notifications, PDF generation, and approval processes.
- Configure user roles, permissions, and access controls.
- Manage data imports, exports, application updates, and deployment.
- Identify and resolve application errors, performance issues, and integration failures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide ongoing application support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Zoho Creator: Strong practical experience in application development, customisation, forms, subforms, reports, pages, and dashboards.
- Deluge Scripting: Proficiency in custom functions, conditional logic, validations, workflows, and scheduled automation.
- API Integration: Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Database and Data Management: Understanding of relational data structures, lookup fields, data validation, and record management.
- Workflow Automation: Ability to design and implement multi-stage approval processes, notifications, and automated business workflows.
- Debugging and Troubleshooting: Strong analytical skills to identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues.
- Independent Development:



Ability to take ownership of projects from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Communication: Ability to coordinate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Experience developing applications for manufacturing, inventory management, production planning, or order processing.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Flow.
- Experience integrating WhatsApp Business APIs and other communication platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom interfaces and widgets.
- Experience with PDF generation, document automation, and custom reporting.
- Understanding of business process optimisation and digital transformation.
