WorkFront Developer

Workfront Development:

- Customize and configure Adobe Workfront to meet business needs.
- Design and implement forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, templates, and custom objects.
- Maintain and enhance system configurations and automations.
- Manage Workfront system updates and upgrades.

Integration and Automation:

- Develop and maintain integrations between Workfront and other enterprise systems using APIs or third-party tools (e.g., Fusion, Workfront API).
- Create scripts and automations to streamline workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and automation issues promptly.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Provide training and documentation for end-users and teams.
- Act as a subject-matter expert (SME) for Workfront, ensuring optimal usage across the organization.

Maintenance and Support:

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide ongoing support for Workfront users, including issue resolution and user permissions management.
- Ensure compliance with company data governance and security policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workfront Developer or Administrator.




- Strong knowledge of Adobe Workfront, including custom configurations, workflows, and forms.
- Proficiency with Workfront API and integration tools like Fusion.
- Experience with JavaScript, REST APIs, and scripting languages.
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Robust interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Adobe Workfront Certification is a plus.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of enterprise systems like Salesforce, Jira, or Microsoft Teams.
- Prior experience with data visualization and reporting tools.

- Good knowledge of Oracle Database Concepts and SQL Tuning.
- Good knowledge of standards such as XSD, JAX-RS.
- Good knowledge of batch programming concepts.
- Good knowledge of coding standards, Agile methodologies, source code organization, packaging.
- Good analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High levels of initiative and creativity.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks.
- Handles the most complex issues and problems.
