Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to integrations and workflows.
- Create documentation for integrations and workflow designs, including diagrams and processflows.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains current and competitive.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to peers.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong experience with integration platforms, such as Zapier, MuleSoft, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and data transformation technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, like Google Cloud.
- Understanding of database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
