Lead the end-to-end delivery of CREA Phase 3, acting as both Technical Project Manager and Solution Architect. This role is responsible for project governance, technical direction, stakeholder management, solution design, and ensuring successful delivery within timeline, scope, and budget.

Own end-to-end project planning, execution, governance, and delivery. Define solution architecture, technical roadmap, and implementation approach.
