We are looking for an experienced Finance Lead to oversee financial planning, accounting, reporting, controls, and business finance operations. The role will partner closely with leadership to provide accurate financial insights, improve profitability, manage cash flow, and ensure robust financial governance

- Own day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and variance analysis.

- Develop financial models and provide insights to support business decisions.

- Establish and strengthen financial controls, processes, and policies.

- Ensure timely statutory, tax, audit, and regulatory compliance.

- Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other external stakeholders.

- Track key financial and business KPIs and highlight risks and opportunities to management.

- Support pricing, cost optimization.

- Lead and mentor the finance/accounting team.

- Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes and reporting.
