Job DescriptionExacta Web Solution is looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate business leads.
- Explain our digital marketing services, including website development, SEO, social media marketing, and advertising.
- Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain daily calling records, client details, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams.

Requirements




- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); graduates preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling or telesales preferred.
- Strong communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven attitude.
