Be Medic Academy is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-driven Education Sales Counsellors to join our team. If you have strong communication skills and a passion for sales and student counselling, we’d love to hear from you!

? Job Details

- Position: Education Sales Counsellor
- Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Fixed Salary: ₹23,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives
- Weekly Off: Wednesday
- Joining Date: 24 October 2026
- Eligibility to Apply: Only candidates available to join on 24 October 2026 should apply.

? Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students about healthcare, nutrition, and health-related courses.
- Handle calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful course enrolments.
- Maintain CRM records and achieve sales targets.
- Attend mandatory team meetings and provide regular work updates.

? Eligibility

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Sales, EdTech, telecalling, or inside sales experience preferred.
- Freshers with solid sales and communication skills can also apply.

- ? Mandatory Requirements

- Own laptop/computer and smartphone.




- Stable internet connection.
- Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.

- ? Important: 14-Day Training & OJT Policy

- Selected candidates must complete a mandatory 14-day training and On-the-Job Training (OJT) period.
- Candidates must sign a Training & OJT Agreement before starting.
- No leave is permitted during the 14-day period. Attendance, discipline, and participation in all scheduled meetings are mandatory.
- Performance will be evaluated after 14 days. Candidates approved for continuation will receive an official Offer Letter from Be Medic Academy.
- If either party decides not to continue, payment and other applicable terms will be handled according to the written agreement and applicable laws.
