Role: Document the behind-the-scenes story of House of Merit events: the setup, the team at work, the prep and the candid moments guests never see.
Responsibilities
- Record BTS of decor setup, venue transformation, teams and preparations
- Capture quick, authentic clips and photos for stories and reels
- Work discreetly without disturbing the team or guests
- Stay in sync with the planner and decor teams on setup timelines
- Share raw BTS files the same day for editing and posting
Requirements
- Own smartphone/camera with stabiliser; quick and adaptable on the move
- Eye for storytelling in small moments
- Comfortable with early mornings and long setup days
- Based in or willing to work from Delhi NCR; available for travel and destination events
- Available on weekends, late nights and peak wedding season
- Punctual, presentable and professional with clients and guests
