Role Description

We are looking for a Web Software Engineer for a full-time, in office opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in web application development, frontend and backend engineering, APIs, databases, responsive interfaces, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, automation, and modern software-engineering practices.

The Web Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve web applications, APIs, dashboards, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation solutions, and digital tools.

The role may involve working with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, Java, Python, Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, Git, CI/CD, and other modern web-development technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Basic to good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, responsive web design, and modern web-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with React, Angular, Vue.js, Next.js, or similar frontend frameworks and libraries will be beneficial.
- Understanding of reusable components, routing, forms, event handling, state management, DOM manipulation, frontend architecture, and component-based development.
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar platforms will be beneficial.
- Basic to valuable understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, API integration, and frontend-backend communication.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar relational and NoSQL databases will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database design, joins, normalization, indexing, transactions, schemas, CRUD operations, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with responsive design, mobile-first development, cross-browser compatibility, semantic HTML, accessibility, and modern user-interface best practices.
- Exposure to Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Angular Material, Ant Design, or similar UI frameworks will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with npm, yarn, pnpm, Vite, Webpack, Babel, or similar package-management, bundling, and build tools.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, PyTest, Postman, unit testing, integration testing, API testing, or end-to-end testing will be beneficial.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.




- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment, hosting, environment configuration, logging, monitoring, and production-support concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, or event-driven applications will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, input validation, web security, XSS prevention, CSRF protection, API security, and authentication concepts will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with browser developer tools, debugging techniques, web-performance optimization, lazy loading, code splitting, caching, bundle optimization, and Core Web Vitals will be beneficial.
- Exposure to single-page applications, progressive web applications, server-side rendering, static-site generation, dashboards, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, or enterprise applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, Figma, design systems, wireframes, prototypes, responsive layouts, and translating designs into functional web interfaces will be beneficial.
- Exposure to automation, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, reporting systems, or enterprise technology solutions will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, technical documentation, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Positive analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business, design, and technical requirements and translate them into responsive, reliable, scalable, maintainable, secure, and user-friendly web solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, web-development project, frontend project, backend project, full stack project, API project, database project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time web-development experience can also apply.
