Sonisvision Corporates LLP is looking for a skilled, dedicated, and detail-oriented Corporate Lawyer / Legal Associate to join our growing legal team in Ajmer.

We work in corporate legal services, Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), trademark registration, copyright, patent-related work, legal drafting, and other corporate legal matters.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle trademark registration, trademark objections, examination reports, and trademark oppositions.
- Manage copyright registration and related legal documentation.
- Handle patent-related documentation and coordinate with relevant professionals.
- Draft legal notices, agreements, applications, replies, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in corporate legal matters, compliance, and business documentation.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, affidavits, and declarations.
- Manage client cases, documentation, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with clients and provide professional updates regarding their legal matters.
- Maintain accurate case records and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
- Support the team in handling various corporate law and intellectual property matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR).
- Good legal drafting, research, and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of trademark and copyright procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable English reading, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, email, and legal documentation.
- Professional attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to take responsibility.

Job Details
- Position: Corporate Lawyer / Legal Associate
- Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Salary: Competitive package based on skills and experience
