About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to manage daily warehouse operations and lead the field logistics team responsible for procuring and moving pre-owned two-wheelers.

This is an operations-heavy, execution-focused role requiring active involvement in warehouse management, inventory control, vehicle movement, and field team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations and vehicle movement.
- Supervise and monitor Logistics Executives and field teams.
- Plan daily vehicle pickups, deliveries, and transportation.
- Maintain vehicle inventory, stock accuracy, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Track team productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and operational KPIs.
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
- Maintain vehicle security,



warehouse discipline, and operational reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Mandatory experience managing field teams and daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and vehicle movement.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and operational reporting.
- Automobile, mobility, or logistics industry experience preferred.

Important Note: This is a hands-on, operations-heavy role. We are specifically looking for candidates with 3–4 years of experience who are comfortable managing ground-level operations and field teams. Very senior profiles or candidates focused primarily on strategic or high-level management are not suitable for this position.
