Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Hands-on experience in Windows OS and Microsoft 365 support.

Knowledge of Active Directory (AD) user account and access management.

Experience with Remote Desktop and remote support tools.

Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.

Solid communication and customer service skills.

Ability to support international users and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs.
