- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Ability to review, reconcile, and interpret financial records.
- Comfortable working with multiple tools and platforms such as MOXO, Zendesk, Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Follow up with customers and stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of pending items.
