- Prepare architectural GFC and working drawings for apartments, villas, and high-rise projects.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and site execution teams.
- Ensure drawing accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
- Update drawings based on design changes and site requirements.
Required Skills:
- AutoCAD proficiency is mandatory.
- Knowledge of architectural detailing and construction drawings.
- Revit/SketchUp knowledge is an added advantage.
- Experience in residential real estate projects is preferred.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
