Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Consultants with strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain Management. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, module configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules.
- Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.
- Configure SCM business processes based on organizational requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and process flows.
- Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and deployment activities.
- Support data migration, integrations, and reporting requirements in coordination with technical teams.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide production support.
- Work with business stakeholders, procurement teams, warehouse teams, and technical teams.
- Support system enhancements, quarterly updates, and continuous process improvements.
- Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

Mandatory Technical Skills Hands-on experience in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules:
- Inventory Management: Inventory organizations, subinventories, locators, transfers, and stock transactions.
- Procurement: Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, supplier management, purchase orders,



and approvals.
- Order Management: Sales orders, orchestration, fulfillment, and shipping processes.
- Cost Management: Cost profiles, costing methods, cost accounting, and inventory valuation.
- Product Management (PIM): Item creation, item classes, item attributes, and item lifecycle management.

Preferred Skills
- Supply Chain Planning (Demand Management and Supply Planning).
- Manufacturing and Maintenance Cloud.
- Warehouse Management (WMS).
- Supplier qualification and sourcing.
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP integration concepts.
- OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and data migration.
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification.

Experience Requirements
- 5–12 years of experience in Oracle ERP/SCM, with relevant hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM experience.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, rollout, migration, or production support projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain business processes.
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, issue resolution, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and interact with business stakeholders.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
