Technology and Engineering(T&E;)

Qualification: B. Tech(Chemical Engineering)

Experience: 2 to 5 years

Role & responsibilities

Review the technology package by studying process chemistry, equipment type, design & metallurgy, raw material consumption, operating conditions & safety hazards

Assets identification, assets mapping,

Participate during R&D; lab experiments and make observations

Participate in process safety studies based on initial PRA

Help in preparation of complete detailed Engineering package includes BFDs, PFDs, P&IDs; & IPDs, Waste management protocols

Help and co-ordinate in performing pre-commissioning activities in the plant

Liaison with R&D; for validating RM quality and sources via use test experiments

Check the safety interlocks designed for the specific process to ensure safe operations

Monitor the projects continuously, capturing valuable in-process data for analysis

Timely communication and coordination with all stake holders, ensuring that batch datasheets, analytical reports

Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on project progress, process observations/ deviations

Troubleshooting and improvement/optimization ideas

Achieve desired yield, quality and cycle times as per design basis

DCS

Qualification: B. Sc/M. Sc(Chemistry), B. Tech/Diploma(Chemical)

Experience:



1 to 6 years

Role & responsibilities To follow safety norms and adhere with company policy To follow the Quality Policy & Contamination prevention policy of the company

Reports incidents immediately with accurate details

Understands & follows safety requirements within work area to identify and escalate potential hazards.

Display ability to assess safety related risks & drives implementation of procedures to ensure safe working setting.

Monitor manufacturing process area and environmental monitoring standards.

Demonstrate complete ownership of end-result and outcome of the unit operations.

Coordinating with C&I; team to solve the automation related problems of equipment arising during the processing.

To run the process through DCS as per approved recipe in safe manner.

Ensure calibration of all automation devices are calibrated and simulated before start up the new product.

Ensure the DCS graphics are updated as per approved PFD.

Ensure PSSR is completed in coordination with Plant and process safety and C&I; team.
