Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare approval drawings for residential apartments, villas, and layout projects.

- Ensure drawings comply with CMDA and DTCP regulations and applicable building norms.

- Prepare site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and area statements for approval submissions.

- Work on FSI, setbacks, plot coverage, parking, and building height calculations.

- Coordinate with liaison, legal, and design teams for approval documentation.

- Revise drawings based on authority requirements and approval comments.

- Support submission of drawings to CMDA, DTCP, and other relevant authorities.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.

- Robust knowledge of CMDA/DTCP approval norms and building regulations.

- Experience in residential real estate projects is preferred.

- Knowledge of local planning regulations and approval documentation.

Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
