Thoufeeque Restaurant is looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-friendly Malayali Waiter to join our team. The candidate should have good communication skills, a skilled attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with seating.
- Present menus and explain food items to customers.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly arranged.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer requests and complaints politely.
- Maintain restaurant hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow restaurant service standards and management instructions.
Requirements
- Malayalam communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred.
- Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Neat grooming, personal hygiene, and professional behaviour.
- Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.
