Voice Artists & Actors: Audio Speech Evaluator (Expert):

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced voice artists, voice actors, dubbing artists, narrators, and other voice professionals to evaluate AI generated speech through natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bots. Candidates should have excellent English proficiency, strong listening skills, and a keen understanding of voice quality and conversational delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in natural, unscripted conversations with an AI bot across different topics and scenarios.
- Evaluate AI-generated speech for voice quality, pronunciation, accent, fluency, tone, pitch, pacing, and naturalness.
- Assess voice modulation, intonation, emotional expression, pauses, and conversational flow.
- Identify unnatural speech patterns, pronunciation errors, and inconsistencies in vocal expressions of AI bots.
- Evaluate the AI bot's conversational performance using predefined guidelines and evaluation rubrics.
- Provide clear, objective, and constructive feedback on voice quality and conversational delivery.
- Apply skilled knowledge of voice performance and spoken communication to identify subtle differences in speech.
- Complete evaluation sessions lasting approximately 20-30 minutes while maintaining accuracy and consistency.

Candidate Requirements:

- Excellent spoken English and listening comprehension.
- Experience in voice-over,



voice acting, dubbing, narration, radio, podcasting, or theatre.
- Strong understanding of pronunciation, accent, articulation, voice modulation, and intonation.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow evaluation guidelines and provide structured feedback.
- Experience in Voice and Accent, international voice processes, or audio evaluation is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI voice assistants or text-to-speech technology is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment.
