Job DescriptionACETECH GROUP OF COMPANIES is looking for skilled and experienced CNC VMC & VTL Setters to join our Production team. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in machine setting, tool selection, offset setting, and production activities in a precision engineering environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform machine setting and setup activities for CNC VMC and VTL machines.
- Select and set appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
- Set and adjust tool offsets, work offsets, and machining parameters.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, job specifications, and tolerances.
- Ensure first-piece inspection and coordinate with the Quality team for approval.
- Monitor machining operations and maintain required quality standards.
- Troubleshoot setting-related issues and minimize machine downtime.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to achieve production targets.
- Follow 5S, safety procedures, and quality standards on the shop floor.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant technical qualification.




- 3–8+ years of hands-on experience in CNC VMC or VTL machine setting.
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, measuring instruments, and machining processes.
- Ability to handle setting activities independently and ensure component quality.
- Experience in a precision engineering or machine shop environment is preferred.
