We are hiring a Visiting General Physician (MBBS) for our rehabilitation and de-addiction centre in Sulur, Coimbatore. The role involves visiting the centre weekly or biweekly to check on the general physical health of our residential patients.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine health check-ups and assess vitals of patients

Treat common issues like fever, infections, minor injuries, and nutritional deficiencies

Review patients flagged by nursing staff

Coordinate with the in-house psychiatrist and clinical team

Refer patients to specialists when needed

Maintain health records for patients reviewed

Requirements:

MBBS degree with valid medical registration (Tamil Nadu Medical Council or equivalent)

Experience in general medicine





Comfortable working in a psychiatric/de-addiction care setting (experience in this area is a plus, not mandatory)

Job Type: Part-time, Visiting Consultant

Schedule: Weekly or biweekly visit (1 visit per week or once every 2 weeks)

Pay: Per visit or monthly retainer, based on experience (negotiable)

Location: Sulur, Coimbatore (in-person)
