We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented International Visa Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end visa processing, ensure timely and effective visa approvals for clients, liaise with consulates, embassies, and other relevant authorities, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role demands an in-depth understanding of international visa policies and procedures, as well as the ability to handle complex cases with precision.

Your responsibilities will be to

- Process visa applications for clients traveling internationally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all country-specific visa requirements.
- Review application forms, passports, and other supporting documents to verify completeness and compliance with the visa application criteria.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates,



and government agencies for processing visa requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients regarding visa application status, requirements, and updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and visa application documentation.

Collaborate with external visa service providers and agents to expedite processing

You’ll need to have

- Bachelor’s degree in international relations, Business Administration, Travel & Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of international visa regulations, application procedures, and embassy/consulate requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple visa applications and deadlines.
