Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven and analytically strong Virtual CFO to work closely with promoters, founders, CEOs and senior management, providing financial insights and business advisory support.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards and management presentations.
- Analyse financial statements, profitability, business performance and key KPIs.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital and funding requirements.
- Support debt fundraising, CMA data preparation and lender coordination.
- Strengthen financial controls, reporting processes and compliance coordination.
- Evaluate business plans, expansion opportunities, investments and cost optimisation.
- Manage client relationships and deliver timely, high-quality advisory services.

Candidate Profile

- Chartered Accountant (CA)



– Mandatory.
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, consulting, or CFO advisory.
- Solid understanding of financial reporting, accounting standards, and statutory compliance.
- Knowledge of FP&A;, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial modelling.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or NetSuite is preferred.

- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Preferred Industry Exposure Experience working with startups, manufacturing, retail, technology/SaaS, healthcare, professional services, or family-owned businesses will be an added advantage. Why Join GrowthAlly?
