Role Summary: A critical operational role ensuring security and compliance. You will be responsible for the final verification of a customer's identity via a digital platform.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct live video calls with customers to verify their identity.
2. Inspect original PAN cards, Aadhaar cards, and other KYC documents via the video interface.
3. Strictly follow RBI guidelines and internal security protocols during the call.
4. Ensure the captured video and images are transparent and correctly uploaded to the system.
5. Identify and report any suspicious activity or mismatched information during the verification process.
CTC Range: ₹2,00,000 Per Annum + Performance based Incentives.
Candidate Requirements Across All Roles:
1. Qualification: Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Arts/Science/BBA).
2. Skills: High emotional intelligence, patience, and basic computer knowledge (Excel/Google Sheets).
3. Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
