Video Editor l Brand + Performance

Aminu Wellness is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can create engaging Reels, ads, and social media content while maintaining the brand’s visual identity, tone, and aesthetics.

The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and understand how to create clean, visually appealing, and engaging content that aligns with Aminu Wellness’s branding and creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, social media, and digital ads.
- Maintain consistency with Aminu Wellness’s brand aesthetics, visual style, and tone.
- Follow creative briefs and reference videos to create clean, engaging edits.
- Focus on pacing, smooth cuts, clear messaging, and audience retention.
- Create multiple versions of videos for A/B testing and ad campaigns.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining brand consistency.
- Deliver 1–2 videos per day consistently without compromising quality.
- Work closely with the senior editor and content team to execute creative ideas.
- Create performance-driven creatives that balance visual appeal with marketing objectives.

Key Skills & Qualification:

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of pacing, clean cuts, transitions, and simple storytelling.
- Ability to understand and match a brand’s aesthetics using references, colours, typography, and visual style.




- Familiarity with AI-powered creative and video editing tools.
- Ability to follow briefs accurately, accept feedback, and improve edits.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet daily deadlines.

Tools

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good knowledge of After Effects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus
- Familiarity with AI tools is good to have, but strong independent creative thinking is key

Good to know:

- Experience editing Reels and ads for skincare, beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising and performance creatives.
- A good visual sense for clean, premium, and cohesive brand content.
- Basic graphic design skills.

We’re looking for someone who can understand Aminu Wellness’s aesthetics and translate them into consistent, high-quality video content. The candidate should be able to match the brand’s visual language, follow creative references, and create content that feels cohesive with the brand rather than using generic editing styles.

A strong portfolio demonstrating visual consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging short-form content is essential.

Location: Kandivali West, Mumbai

Work Setup: On-site

Work Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Openings: 1 to 2

Budget: 40-45k
