Company Description Barnstorm Co-operations operates at the intersection of political strategy, enterprise data architecture, and predictive intelligence, building infrastructure that powers modern electoral campaigns and advocacy initiatives worldwide. The organization replaces traditional, speculative campaign methods with deterministic modeling and real-time execution frameworks. Its proprietary technology stack helps political organizations, party committees, and advocacy groups synthesize complex voter data, optimize resources, and run precise field and digital operations.

With a rigorous, data-first methodology, Barnstorm equips decision-makers to manage margins, secure mandates, and navigate complex regulatory and electoral environments. Core capabilities include advanced voter analytics, campaign infrastructure, strategic communications, and legislative threat modeling.

The Creative Arm (Video Editor & Data Visualizer)

Data without a narrative is useless. Barnstorm Co-operations is hiring a Video Editor & Data Visualizer to join our Narrative Studio.

We operate at the absolute cutting edge of political strategy and public relations. We don't just create generic content; we weaponize data into high-impact public narratives. We need an aggressive creative operator who can turn complex political intelligence into viral, sharp visual drops.

What you will do:

- Edit fast-paced, high-impact videos for aggressive political campaigns and PR war-rooms.
- Visualize complex data (charts, maps, trends) so the common voter understands it instantly.
- Execute real-time daily content drops in a high-pressure environment.

What we are looking for:

- Mastery over Premiere Pro, After Effects, and standard data visualization tools.
- A razor-sharp sense of pacing, music, and current social media algorithms.
- High pain tolerance for tight war-room deadlines and quick turnarounds.
