Qualification: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering

Job Responsibilities

- Inspect and evaluate incoming castings and pattern shop components.
- Must have hands-on experience in Sand Casting and Foundry Quality Control.
- Conduct dimensional inspections using vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring instruments.
- Verify components as per engineering drawings and quality standards.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare rejection reports, inspection reports, and supplier quality documentation.
- Conduct vendor audits and monitor supplier quality performance.
- Analyze casting defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Required Skills





- Mandatory experience in Sand Casting and Pattern Shop.
- Knowledge of casting defects and root cause analysis.
- Engineering drawing reading and GD&T; knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with measuring instruments.
- Vendor quality management and supplier development.

Working Details

- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Wednesday
