About The Role:

You are passionate about building and growing user communities where people learn, share ideas, and support each other. You have experience driving engagement through content, discussions, and community initiatives. You enjoy collaborating with product, engineering, and customer teams to bring valuable insights and learning opportunities to users. You are a strong communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex topics and inspire active participation within the community.

What You’ll Do:

- Community Building: Build and grow an active user community where members connect, share knowledge, and collaborate.
- Content Creation: Create engaging educational content (videos, posts, tutorials, AMAs) that helps users learn and use the product effectively.
- User Relationships & Advocacy: Build strong relationships with users, spotlight their stories, and encourage them to become community advocates.




- Internal Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and customer teams to bring insights, updates, and best practices to the community.
- Programs & Events: Plan and host webinars, expert sessions, and meetups to drive engagement and learning.
- Community Strategy: Continuously innovate current ways to grow the community and strengthen its brand identity.

Required Skills & Experience
- Experience building or managing product/user communities with strong engagement strategies.
- Ability to create compelling content and simplify complex topics for users.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Creative, proactive mindset with comfort hosting sessions and representing the brand publicly.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with technology product communities, developer communities, or SaaS ecosystems

- Familiarity with software testing or automation concepts (not mandatory but beneficial)
- Interest in learning about test automation and related technologies
