Role Description The US Voice & Accent Trainer – AI Voice Evaluation is a full-time remote role focused on assessing and refining US English voice and accent for AI voice solutions and human learners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting structured voice and accent evaluations, delivering vocal and pronunciation coaching sessions, and providing detailed feedback aligned with US English standards. The trainer will collaborate with AI and learning teams to review audio samples, annotate speech characteristics, and help define evaluation criteria for voice models.

The role involves preparing training materials, lesson plans, and reference guides, as well as documenting progress and maintaining consistent quality benchmarks.



The trainer will also participate in calibration sessions, contribute to continuous improvement of evaluation processes, and support a skilled, inclusive learning environment for global participants.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Vocal Coaching and Vocal Instruction to guide learners in improving clarity, pronunciation, and overall vocal performance.
- Candidates should possess skills in Voice Lessons and Music Education to structure effective training sessions and apply pedagogical best practices in voice training.
- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Music Theory to support nuanced understanding of pitch, rhythm, and tone in voice evaluation.
- Strong command of US English pronunciation, intonation, and phonetics, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to diverse learners.
- Experience in voice, accent, or speech training for professionals, call centers, or educational settings is highly beneficial.
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms for remote training, audio review, and documentation.
- Excellent communication, observation, and feedback skills, with attention to detail and consistency in evaluation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Linguistics, Education, Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
