US Lead Generation Executive

Location: Andheri (Sakinaka), Mumbai!

Key Responsibilities

Engage with US prospects through outbound calls and professional communication.

Understand customer requirements and present suitable solutions.

Upsell products and services while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects.

Achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Manage the sales pipeline and daily activities effectively.

Stay updated on products, services, and industry knowledge.

Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.

Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills.

Experience in outbound calling and inside sales.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.

Good business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively under pressure.

Basic computer proficiency.

Job Details

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)

Training Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Post-Training Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM
