We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interacting, interview scheduling, and placing healthcare professionals in various healthcare settings like hospitals & correctional facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, excellent communication skills, email skills and the ability to manage multiple candidates simultaneously.

· Candidates should have 1 year Experience as US HEALTHCARE Recruiter.

· Worked with International Candidates on Sourcing, Interviewing, Hiring and Negotiations on offers..

· Developing an action plan for recruiting, understanding client requirements, and mapping relevant targets

· Pure Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for various positions including nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals.
- Client Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Candidate Management: Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and ensure a high-quality match between candidates and client requirements.
- Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on relevant job boards, social media, and company websites.
- Compliance: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
- Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and client satisfaction.
