What will you drive?
- As a Builder at Cars24, you will establish and scale the Retail unit within your territory, strengthening operational excellence and driving sustainable business growth. You will:
- Develop, implement and continuously refine Retail processes to ensure efficient operations.
- Lead day-to-day team performance, conduct structured business reviews and maintain accountability against key objectives.
- Plan vehicle acquisition and allocation, while cultivating strategic partnerships with channel partners across the city.
- Deliver regional growth in line with the company’s business plan, revenue targets and margin expectations.
- Mentor and develop direct reports, and implement performance improvement plans in accordance with company policies.
