Job Role
We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International E-commerce Voice Process. The role involves handling customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, and account support for global customers.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, returns, and refunds
- Verify customer and order details accurately
- Create and update tickets in CRM systems
- Coordinate with logistics and internal teams when required
- Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT), quality, and productivity standards
Eligibility
- Undergraduate / Graduate
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent English communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in E-commerce or Customer Support is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
- Valuable problem-solving and interpersonal skills
