We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong product design background to join our team and take ownership of ongoing, full-fledged design requirements.
The role involves working on day-to-day product design activities, translating business and user requirements into intuitive experiences, and creating high-quality UI designs that are both functional and visually engaging.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing digital products, mobile applications, or web platforms and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Product Design & UX
- Design intuitive and user-friendly experiences for digital products and platforms.
- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product objectives to create effective design solutions.
- Work on user flows, wireframes, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
- Translate requirements into clear and scalable UX solutions.
- Identify usability issues and recommend improvements to enhance the overall user experience.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and other stakeholders throughout the design process.
UI Design
- Create high-quality, visually engaging interfaces for web and mobile products.
- Develop responsive designs and ensure consistency across different screens and devices.
- Create and maintain reusable UI components and design patterns.
- Follow and contribute to existing design systems and maintain visual consistency.
- Prepare high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes for development and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure designs are practical, developer-friendly, and aligned with product requirements.
What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in UI/UX or Product Design.
- Strong product design background with experience working on digital products, mobile applications, or web platforms.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Hands-on experience with Figma.
- Good understanding of user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and functional UI designs.
- Understanding of responsive design and basic design systems.
- Ability to work closely with developers and understand technical limitations.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
