About the Role

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to work closely with Product and Technology teams to design intuitive, engaging, and consistent digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on expertise in Figma, a solid understanding of user-centred design principles, and the ability to translate customer problems and product requirements into straightforward, effective, and visually appealing user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design end-to-end user experiences, including user journeys, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity user interfaces.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to understand business requirements, customer needs, and product objectives.





- Translate complex customer problems and product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly design solutions.

- Create responsive and consistent designs for both web and mobile applications.

- Use Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, UI layouts, and interactive design flows.

- Maintain and contribute to design systems, reusable components, and UI libraries to ensure consistency across products.

- Work closely with developers throughout implementation to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional interfaces.

- Conduct competitive benchmarking and research industry trends, design patterns, and usability best practices.

- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and usability insights to continuously improve product experiences.

- Ensure visual consistency, usability, accessibility, and design quality across digital touchpoints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX or product design.

- Strong proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, component creation, and high-fidelity UI design.

- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and usability best practices.

- Experience designing digital products for both web and mobile platforms.

- Ability to understand user problems and translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions.

- Knowledge of design systems, reusable components, and UI consistency.

- Experience collaborating with Product Managers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Strong visual design, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
