About the Role

Developer Bazaar Technologies is looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team for an in office project in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong UI design expertise, a good understanding of user experience principles, and the ability to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital interfaces.

Key Responsibilities

- Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web applications and digital platforms.

- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, and design guidelines.

- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.

- Ensure responsive and consistent designs across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

- Apply principles of typography, color theory, spacing, visual hierarchy, usability, and accessibility.

- Review developed interfaces and coordinate with developers to ensure design accuracy.

- Incorporate feedback and continuously improve designs based on project requirements.

- Maintain organized design assets and documentation.

Required Skills

- Strong professional experience in UI/UX design, particularly UI design.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

- Good understanding of wireframing, prototyping, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.

- Knowledge of responsive design principles and reusable UI components.

- Understanding of usability and accessibility principles.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with development teams and communicate design decisions.

Educational Qualifications





Candidates must possess a relevant degree from an AICTE/UGC-recognized institution, or an equivalent qualification permitted under Government of India rules.

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Engineering

- B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Technology

- B.E. / B.Tech in Information Technology

- M.E. / M.Tech in the applicable disciplines listed above

- MCA (Master of Computer Applications)

- B.Sc. in Computer Science Engineering (4-year degree course only)

The qualification must meet the recognition requirements specified in the applicable eligibility criteria.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience after completing the qualifying degree.

- Work experience gained while pursuing the qualifying degree will not count toward the required experience.

- Candidates must meet the experience requirement as of 22 October 2026.

Location Requirements

- This is an on-site project based in Delhi.

- Candidates based in Delhi/NCR are preferred.

- Candidates from other locations may apply if they are willing to relocate to Delhi and work on-site.
