 3D model making for product visualization prior to physical product development.

 Product layout for NPD.

- Tyre design validation
- Having in depth knowledge of rubber compound formulation development.
- Having vast experience in development of different segment of tyres from design to mass production (Two-wheeler & Four-wheeler).
- Experience of conducting thorough inspections of tyres to assess wear and tear, tread depth, and overall condition & failure analysis.
- Past experience in driving tyre quality improvement projects while keeping zero or minimal cost increase.
- Deep understanding on tyre manufacturing Process (includes process parameters, input material composition, Root cause analysis of quality issues) particularly in mixing, extrusion, TBM (Green Tyre) and curing processes.
- Experience of Market complaint analysis & corresponding design change implementation to eliminate reoccurrence.
- Proficiency in Tyre design / Technology: Capable - Technical knowhow & ability in tyre design, compounding, production processes, systems, layout plans and quality measure.
- Current product development through reverse engineering, mould and tire designing.
