- Developing and delivering course materials and lectures for PhD students
- Supervising and mentoring PhD students in their research projects
- Assessing and grading students' work
- Providing guidance and feedback on students' progress
- Participating in departmental meetings and other academic activities
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate research and education activities within the department
- Supervise and mentor doctoral students
- Collaborate with other faculty members to develop and implement new research projects
- Participate in departmental meetings and committees
- Contribute to the development of the department's strategic plan
- Act as a liaison between the department and external organizations
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as pharmaceutical science, biochemistry, or chemistry
- A strong track record of research and publications in the field of pharmacy
- Experience in supervising and mentoring doctoral students
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
