Responsibilities:
- Teaching and guiding students in the Bachelor of Pharmacy program
- Designing and delivering lectures, seminars and workshops
- Evaluating student performance
- Conducting research and publishing papers in the field of pharmacy
- Participating in college and departmental meetings and committees
- Advising students on academic and career-related matters
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Pharmacy or a related field is required
- A minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a pharmacy college or university is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and teaching methods
- Experience in research and publications is an added advantage.
