We are looking for experienced Travel Sales Consultants with knowledge of international holiday packages, solid communication skills, and a target-oriented approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries for international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable destinations and packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel sales or the travel industry.
- Knowledge of international destinations and holiday packages.
- Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts.
Work Schedule:
- 5 working days per week.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
- 8 working hours + 1-hour break.
- Fixed shift options: 6:30 PM, 8:30 PM, or 9:30 PM, subject to business requirements and mutual discussion.
- Work from office: Saki Naka, Andheri East, Mumbai.
