Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant role based in the Mohali district.

The Travel

Consultant will assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and related services. The role involves managing travel itineraries, handling reservation changes or cancellations, and providing timely, accurate information about travel options, policies, and requirements.

Consultant will respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of customer service throughout the travel lifecycle. The position also includes maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel products, promotions, regulations,



and using reservation systems and internal tools to optimize client experiences.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Travel Consulting and Travel Management to understand client needs, suggest suitable options, and coordinate end-to-end journeys.
- Experience handling Travel Arrangements and Reservations, including booking, modifying, and canceling itineraries across multiple platforms.
- Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues calmly and professionally.
- Proficiency with common travel booking tools and GDS or online reservation systems, and comfort with using office software and CRM tools.
- Attention to detail, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
- Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district, collaborate with team members, and adapt to a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
- Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is preferred; a relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, or business is an advantage.
- Robust spoken and written communication skills in English; additional regional or international language skills are beneficial.
