We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Transformation Program Manager to lead business transformation initiatives, improve operational efficiency, and support organizational change. ? Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage transformation programs aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities.
- Define program scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, milestones, and performance indicators.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes, operational efficiency, and organizational performance.
- Lead change management activities to support the adoption of recent processes, systems, and working practices.
- Monitor program progress, evaluate performance, and address risks or implementation challenges.
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to establish priorities and maintain strategic alignment.
- Develop program plans, status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
- Manage resource allocation, project dependencies, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption during transformation.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including process automation, system implementation, and technology adoption.
- Establish governance frameworks and reporting procedures to maintain accountability and transparency.
- Evaluate transformation outcomes against business objectives and recommend continuous improvements.
- Facilitate workshops, progress meetings,



and stakeholder discussions to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Mentor project teams and promote a culture of collaboration, adaptability, and continuous improvement.

✅ Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in program management, business transformation, project management, or organizational change.
- Strong understanding of program governance, project planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Experience coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple departments and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of change management, process improvement, and digital transformation methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, budgets, timelines, and program dependencies.
- Proficiency in project management and reporting tools; relevant professional certifications are an advantage.
