Role Description The Training and Placement Officer/Head is a full-time, in office role based in Rudrapur, responsible for overseeing all campus placement and training activities. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with recruiting organizations, coordinating campus visits, managing placement drives, and aligning student profiles with employer requirements. The role includes designing and delivering training programs on employability skills, soft skills, interview preparation, and resume building to enhance student readiness for recruitment processes.

The officer/head will collaborate with faculty and administration to integrate industry expectations into academic and co-curricular activities,



track placement outcomes, and prepare regular reports and analytics for institutional leadership. Day-to-day responsibilities also include mentoring students on career pathways, organizing workshops and seminars, and representing the institution professionally to external stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in campus placement and college recruiting, with experience managing relationships with corporate partners.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to present, negotiate, and collaborate effectively with students, faculty, and employers.
- Proven capability in designing and delivering training programs focused on soft skills, interview skills, and overall employability.
- Knowledge of current recruitment trends, hiring practices, and industry requirements across multiple sectors.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in a training and placement or career services role within an academic institution is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple events, placement drives, and stakeholder expectations.
- Proficiency with MS Office and placement management tools or databases for tracking student outcomes and employer interactions.
- Commitment to student success, ethical practices, and inclusive, non-discriminatory engagement with diverse learners.
