English Gurukul (ORIT Sciences Pvt. Ltd.) is looking for a passionate professional to train, engage, and support our growing community of trainers!

? Location: Hybrid / Flexible (Bengaluru)

? Employment Type: Full-Time

? Department: Operations & Academic Training

? Reporting To: Curriculum Director

What you'll do

✅ Conduct onboarding and training sessions for trainers

✅ Build and nurture an active, supportive trainer community

✅ Be the go-to point of contact for trainer queries and support

✅ Create training resources, guides, and engagement activities

✅ Organise community events and knowledge-sharing sessions

✅ Track trainer engagement and share insights to improve the programme

What we're looking for

? Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, or a related field





? Experience in training, teaching, community management, or education programmes

?️ Strong communication and presentation skills

? Comfortable with online and offline training and digital tools

? Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and follow-up skills
