Summary : Trainee Engineer will be supporting day to day Network Operations
Responsibilities:
- Mangage Network Projects and Operations, and assist respective functions
- Research on various Networking concepts and related Technologies
- Gain domain of expertise, insights, and ideas by interacting with various internal and external parties
- Understanding Networking tools and its management
- Coordination with Netwrok Integrators, System Integrators and Service Providers related to incidents / feasibility / link delivery
- Maintain Inventory and trackers
- Understand and follow SOPs (Standard Operating Process) to achieve end objectives
- Seek learning opportunities and feedback to increase own knowledge and skill using internal and external training resources.
- Work in a 24x7 rotational shifts for supporting and managing Network operations.
Knowledge:
- Knowledge in Telecom / Networking domain (OSI layer, Data Networks, TCP/IP) to apply their knowledge efficiently and work productively - Mandatory
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills along with quick learner. - Mandatory
- Knowledge in basic networking concepts like LAN & WAN - Desirable
